10th Annual Carlsbad Golf Classic Raises over $67,000 for Carlsbad Public Schools

CARLSBAD— Carlsbad Educational Foundation announced its 10th annual Golf Classic event raised nearly $67,000 in contributions.

The event, held Oct. 7 at the Crossings in Carlsbad, attracted approximately 150 attendees for a round of golf and evening dinner program. Representatives from the Carlsbad Unified School District and celebrities Marshal Faulk, Willie Buchanon, Dokie Williams, Pete Shaw and Leslie O’Neil joined teams from the Carlsbad schools, local businesses and community groups for some enthusiastic play on the links.
